• Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
• We may use service providers, such as our phone system and ticketing software vendors, to deliver messages and provide customer service on our behalf. These providers act only on our instructions and may not use your information for any other purpose.

5. How we share information

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information, and we do not share it with anyone for their own marketing. We share information only:

• With service providers and subcontractors who help us deliver support and services, such as our phone system, email, ticketing, and invoicing tools, or a subcontracted technician working on your job, under confidentiality obligations

• Ask us to update or correct your contact information
• Ask us what information we hold about you, or ask us to delete it, subject to records we must keep for legal or billing reasons
